i have no idea. but i don't use any makeup you can buy at walmart. except for chapstick.

no, its technically a medication as it is to cure chapped lips or prevent chapping like sunscreen prevents burns. its still though lolz

i would agree that it's a cosmetic/medication type item, but idk about it being considered makeup.
