Default ANOTHER URGENT!! 2002 Yami R6 does not run, what does it need for street use? PICS

Hey guys, this R6 is for sale in a auction in my hometown. I need a bike to get me to USF, work etc so pretty reliable. As of right now this bike does not run. It looks like it has wiring issues but I have no clue as to what it could be. Any common problems with this bike? How much do you think its worth? Im VERY mechanically inclined so labor would not be a problem however I am new to the bike world so parts/prices are unfamiliar to me. What do you guys think this is worth just by judging from these pics? The title is clean but the mileage is incorrect so lets say we dont know how many miles is on here, and its does not start for unknown reasons. Opinions?

Heres the pics:

This swivels for some reason

Weird wiring

i have a 02.....2 biggest common problems ive heard and exsperienced is the rectifier burning or connector to it, and there trannys... if the rectifier is burn or the connector burn out it will cause the bike to not start or hold a charge....if its the connector its about a 12 dollar fix, the rectifier is about 90 i think from cahills, there is a way to check them with a volt meter, i dont know how... there good bikes just have to take care of them... mine is a drag bike and gets raced ALL the time and has been pretty reliable, need to figure out y all those wires are cut, thats not good...good luck bro if u get it....

well in good running condition with reasonable miles it worth about $3500? I'd offer $1000 if you really think it's a wiring issue, but who knows what's wrong.
