they have money to be made from the tickets they write. if he didn't see a bike on the wrong side of the road and get his dick all hard over catching a bike. he would have never even turned around for you.





your very lucky the cop didn't just run into your bike to stop you. then tell you that your story was a lie and book you for breaking laws to catch him.... never mind the kid. what he did doesn't matter. cause he's out stealing more shit already.

 

Lol yea even said he was coming to get me cause he saw me jumping curbs and what not, but as he got closer he saw the guy on the bicycle and when I said what was going on he just put 2 and 2 together. They all got a kick out of it and didn't give me a ticket for anything . I for sure thought I was gonna get one though. After he cuffed him I went back and got everything and my bike and as I walked up I just apologized I rode on the sidewalk on the wrong side of the road give me a ticket for w.e I just had to get him and he just laughed and said no he completely understands. Yea I am lucky and glad he was coming down that road, but the guy ended just doing circles around that intersection I think maybe trying to get me hit..? So I figured there would have to be someone calling the cops or one was just bound to come down the road. It was grand theft cause of the total price on everything lol. Bookbag, jacket, gloves, palm pilot, checkbooks, phone charger..etc... We just sat there and added every little thing up .. Just sucks cause now I can't lock my bag or jacket up to my seat now because its cut .. Oh well thats what the woman are for sewing stuff together (no offense ladies)..

But we both know he is out on bail now and will most likely get nothing more than a slap ont he wrist for this. He wont be seeing any jail time.

Grand theft is anything over $300.

Think about it, if the little bastard had to steal someones shit off of a bike then chances are he doesnt have enough money to make bail on a charge of grand theft and resisting arrest.
