Default Dual Lights on 600RR..

I've never rode honduhs so its never came a problem or want for me but my friend has a new 600RR and she asked me if u could run dual reg/bright lights instead of one regular and one bright... Anyone know much about this? whether its just as simple as replacing the single fillament bulbs with 2 dual fillament bulb or rewiring the whole damn thing..? Like I said, I haven't really looked into it too much but was wondering if anyone has done or thought of this?

they sell conversion kits i believe.

u have to replace the light itself, i may be wrong because i dont know what hondas are like but look at the headlight 1 side has a cover over the light the other doesnt (straight light bulb) to be running it as a low beam you need that cover over the light to spread out the beam...

The low/bright headlight arrangement is functional and doesnt really make sense to change.. if she cant see the road with what she's got she's not gonna see it at all.... if it's just about looks, then to each his/her own.

hid's won't fix it.. and not worth the $200+ IMO... 25 bucks for 4000k plug n play... thats what i've got and they work fine..

I can tell you don't ride twistys at night, or atleast never have on a bike with this shitty ass one high one low shit. they have great light output... no where near where you need it to be for hitting corners. the high beam is straight ahead, but the road is left and right. the low beam is cut off so it doesn't blind on coming cars... while leaned over for a corner, its cut off so you can't see thru it.

its very very retarded, and I love night riding. guys on the 10 boards are spending over 400$ to make it right and that's using junkyard parts from cars.

blah... even the old 94 fzr has wayyyy more usefull lighting than my 06.
