so what exactly do you have to do to fill it up? doesnt that require a rebuild of the shock?

+1, Unless it has been rebuilt already than they might have put a valve stem on it to fill it! years ago when I had a fox twin clicker on my gsxr1100 I sent it to lindeman to be rebuilt and they put a valve stem on it to fill it with nitrogen!

it has a valve stem on it i just made the mistake of releaseing it,
and after doin some research i have to use nitrogen and not air so lucky me i was about to put air in it butt didnt

befor i removed it from the donor bike, it was fine so i dont have to do a rebuild on it just need to replace the nitrogen will be fine.

hell went riding last night and it was a stiff ride, butt once i park the bike u can see my rear end rise

Why don't you go to any car dealer like gordon chevy. The have nitrogen. I dont' know if it is any different that the nitrogen for your tires, but tha is a good place to start. And there are rapid lube places that have it to.
