Hillsborough Cops Roughing Up The Crippled
doesn't matter if he was a smartass or not.Do you have a clue on how many people get abused by customers daily and such. They don't hit the customers cause common sense says they won't have a job.

Im not defending her... All im saying, in her mind, she may have had a reason to throw him out of the chair. Because like the article said, this guy has no consideration for others, this has been his pattern for a year now. So if there is another side to the story, we are not hearing it.

If my mom were stupid enough to go into a MLK rally and say a racist comment, it might be her turn to get hit as well.

she is supposed set an example. i pop off at the mouth all the time, doesn't mean a corrections officer should be allowed to beat me down with a nightstick.
not to mention, you all have to keep in mind, this guy was thrown out of the wheelchair and he had NO way of breaking his fall...it was enough to crack ribs.
doesn't matter what his history is, that has NOTHING to do with what happened. he wasn't a physical danger to the officer and therefore there was no excuse for that.
All i have to say is Jena 6.... Just wait till it turns racial, and Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton will be coming out of the woodwork.. Then we'll have a head to head match with the ADA and the NAACP

NO matter what this guy had or was saying.. He did'nt deserve to be thrown out of his chair.. So because maybe he was running his mouth.. he deserved that.. NO..
it's b/s.. she deserves to be charged for the crime.. You have to sit back and look at it like if it was one of you family member's.. I don't think you would think it was ok then..

it doesn't matter what reason she had to justify her actions. they were still very inappropriate. and it CLEARLY shows on tape. it doesn't matter what was said between them, all the proof anyone needs is exactly what we see.

Like i said BLACK, i never defended anyones actions, just gave an example as to why she could have thrown him from his chair.. There's still no excuse for it, but in her eyes, she may have thought it was justified.
