ugh... legal advice?
My friend got pulled over on my bike for no signals, headlights off, illegal muffler (all went to me) and he got a ticket for riding without an endorsement.
If he went and got an endorsement before court, could he get it dropped? Anyone got a lawyer that would help with this?

headlights off? wtf is wrong with you its already "hard enough" as some people would say to even see bikes... plus on bikes no matter what a light always turns on when the bike is on... tell your friend to take the class it'll drop the case most likely and then you need to look on the top of bike tech theres a list of lawyers.
