Cush-drive free play? how much?

Cush-drive free play? how much?
For the past few days I've noticed a bit more lag between my throttle and acceleration. I thought it was chain adjustment, so I tightned everything up down to the lower acceptable parameter and then some, maybe 19mm.
When I put the bike up on rearstand, I find that my wheel and sprocket are not moving as one.
How much play do you guys get in your cush drive before you replace those bushings?
I dont think the manual said anything about it.
I'm thinking i can just cut some metal pieces and sort of "shim it up" to take up the slack...
again, the question is, how much play do Iactually need?

I have one. Like i said above, i didnt see anything in it that mentioned the max amount. maybe i didnt look hard enough.
edit, Just checked again. It's not nothing at all on how much play the drive needs. I dont want to tighen it up too much and put undue stress on the thing.
any ideas?

It should have no free play. It sounds like you need to replace your cush drive. It's pretty common for those to go bad on the Busa's.
