I use my army polypro under armor top and bottom, kinda like pajamas under the gear, then my sweater, and then my jacket.

My answer, HELL YES. The high here today is 46 and im going riding. Cool thing, I was at the honda dealership yesterday talking to some people and i ended up buying this vest thing that heats up, it has different heat levels up to 155 degrees. Im pretty excited about trying it out today lol Other than that i wear the thermal underarmor under the leathers as well so i'll ride when it's in the fucking 20's.

Link for the vest if anyone is interested: Gerbing's Heated Clothing - Heated Lite Vest Liner

I'm gonna go ahead and agree that underarmor is the shit (esp the thick cold weather stuff), but without some type of heating element your still going to be cold in 45 and less degree weather. My perforated leathers probably dont help much there.

Varies but love it.

Only downfall is that I get all fogged up on my visor while sitting at a light or something. Last nite wasn't that tho...

Best thing to do is breathe through your nose, and when you're stopped put your visor up. If you do happen to get condensation on your visor while you're riding just flip it open for a second and it'll all dry up pretty quick.

I used to hate it until I got smart and started dressing for the wind chill. Dress for 30 degrees and you'll be cold...dress for 7 degrees and you'll be comfortable.

I wear a fleece sweater under my leather jacket, breath guard in helmet, neck wrap, insulated gloves, long johns, and thick wool socks. If the temp rises to much past 50 degrees during the day, I start to overheat.

Other than the 20 minute long dressing process, riding in the cold is great because the bike rides like a champ. All that cold, dense air filling it's combustion chamber is like having 10 extra horsepower.
