well what type of restraint did we use? hard or soft...or did we just strap you in on the spine board.

oh thats just precaution to keep you from further injury lol
retraining means like straight up strapping you wrists and arms legs and such so you cant fight....they did that just for your safety

ok then they did restrain yo ass.
a spine board is a big hard ungodly uncomfortable plastic board that you get strapped into that keeps your head/back/neck from moving so you dont risk injuries do to unseen possbilities

There are a multiplitude of ways to dealing with that situation...Im an expert at working in tight space's......They all vary but in the end I win...
Im exactly what I wanted to be when I grew up...Only thing that I wish was different is pay...
