They do it because they know it will prob bother you & it worked...

It really shouldn't, they are the dumbasses that spend a substantial amount of money for a bike that isn't exceptional at anything & does everything below average.

As for Harley's holding their value... that is just a by product of supply & demand, and has nothing to do with Harley's being a great bike. If a Harley owner gives you grief about your jap bike, why should you care if they are ignorant to quality & great value. Let them open their wallets to you man... If I worked there I'd be supporting their views... their stupidity gets you a paycheck no?

Bottom line... a REAL motorcycle enthusiast pretty much appreciates everything. All brands & styles have something unique to offer, even a Harley... but clearly that shit head has no clue what it is. He is too concern with what people think of his ride.

Don't give a shit about what he thinks... bikes are to be ridden... not shown off!

very well put.

I like sportbikes for the most part, but i will prolly end up in a few years with a cruiser or a sport-touring bike thats easyer on the body. I appriciate almost all makes and models. and people that are just harley fanatics just piss me off for some reason. its like all they see is the name? Seriously, i would take a honda VTX1800 over almost any of the H-D bikes, just because of bang for the buck. thats just my honest oppinion, i guess im stupid for having quality and value as something that attracts me to a bike? not the name of it.
