2004 Yamaha R6 Stolen---nov 27
hey guys, if anybody sees my bike, its a silver and black 2004 yamaha R6(03 plastics maybe i've been told by a forum user) it has a scratch on the upper right side fair, yoshi header and exhaust. stolen from country creek in bradenton.
I realize this is a long shot but its worth a try.

Good luck... I had a bike stolen so I know how it feels. I hope you had insurance. You may want to try cruising around the local apartments and neighborhoods looking for it. It is another long shot but someone on here recently found there bike after it was stolen from a Walmart parking lot by doing just that. Apparently the thieves are now dropping them to make sure there is no LoJack or GPS recovery systems on them before bringing them back to chop. I hope whoever took it dies a horribly drawn out and painful death in the very near future.
It was in the walkway next to the driveway at my parents house. I am hoping it was just kids, because a house got broken into in my neighborhood last night, and the cops said they do recover quite a few.
im guessing htey just loaded it into the back of a pickup truck. i doubt they were able to ride it.
my next bike i think i'll start loosening the front wheel every night, so when they go for a ride, they will regret taking it.

Go buy 10 padlocks and color code them, put 5 on the front brake rotor, and 5 on the rear. It will take them a while to cut 10 off and its very loud when you use bolt cutters. that prevents a ride off.
Best bet is to hide your bike and limit the amount of people who know about it. IMHO
