you might like to read last months superstreet bike. Alot of it was about extended bike's and what you can do stunts, corners, and drag. As for a big wheel bike all your doing is adding weight but I wouldn't go over a 240 if your draging. I have an 06' R1 with a 240 kit and 30 shot and extended 10+. I don't have a problem with corners I may not get as low as the rest of the people but everyone thinks there a racer. If the man wants to extended his bike thats what set's him apart from the rest. To each is there own, if you don't like what you see...well LOOK THE OTHER WAY!

and I've seen 2 dead stock, 05 and 04 zx10 go 9.8s with non pro riders on them. I'm sure vic or jerry will go very close to 9.50s stock but then again I was compairing 1000s to a fulled modded, sprayed 600 that goes 9.50s. I think vic has proved that a 1000 with the same mods but no spray will go low 9s or even into the high 8s. its been a while since this times were posted but it was very fast. but I do know why you jumped on the .3 in the 1/4... you had nothing else.

vics bike may not have been show room stock but I've heard of him getting on other peoples stock 1000s and going in the 9s on his first pass or so.


give him a 07 1000, straped, a slip on and one down in the front, which is the normal mods everyone does, knee drager or not. he will go mid 9s, I'd put money on it.


which still has nothing to do with my point of telling this kid not to fuck up a 600, its not worth it. it may be his to do as he wants, but he's already said he's not going to keep it... so in the long run, he's fucking some else's bike up.
