The points is all im really worried about...I dont want those bitches on my record, I have a really clean record, no accidents, few tickets but they were all paid and i took the online classes for them. I'll be happy if i get no points but still have to pay a fine, I dont think it can be anymore than $500 in traffic court anyways

Police do not have their cameras running all of the time, and even if it was on, you will not be allowed to look at it.

No you are not. Arguing a ticket is what the court room is for, not the side of the road, and if there was a tape that was relevent to the case it would be shown in court. Also, as I stated in my last post, officers do not keep the cameras on all of the time. On top of this, it would be a safety hazard for the officer and the offender. You are an idiot if you believe this urban legend. I suppose you also believe you're entitled to see the radar/laser log on the side of the road when they tag you with that

Feel free to find this imaginary statute that states your entitlement to this however

If you hire a good attorney, at most you should have to pay the court fees which will be <= the ticket amount. I've herd mostly good and some bad things about Ty. If your not sure who to use, the guy I use has saved my ass more times than I can count... no points, no jail, no convictions. He's a dork, but very smart.
