Ive gotten breaks, doing triple digits many times, cars bikes what have you. This guy was one who cut me slack on mariner at 2 am running close to 90 and didnt ticket me, just because i didnt run. So regardless, pointing fingers at this guy because he drove drunk is fucked up!! When was the last time someone started a thread about a riders mistake, saying damn he fucked up so bad!! Everyone says R.I.P. with some fucking respect, but this guy everyone manages to shit talk! get over it, like none of you ever drove drunk. If you really want to point fingers, dont point fingers at the dead cop who made a mistake, point fingers to the cop who killed a rider last year and is still on the force to do it again.

Did you read what you wrote?? Pointing fingers at a cop for driving drunk and causing a fatal accident (even though it was only his life thank god) is messed up??
There's a huge difference between a 20 yr old teenager doing a wheelie and crashing and a police officer getting shit faced then driving home in a issued car. Um i'm sure some people on this website have drove drunk....not me personally. But i guess because other people drive drunk that makes it okay for the police officer to as well???

Police are civilian's arnt they? the last time i checked they dident have to sign there life away for minimum of 4 years with a dept. and go to a warzone, and last time i checked they could also get fired lol.
Police are nothing more than the guys on the otherside of the law, but they are given a badge and steady pay to take down there would be drinking buddys. instead of braggin about running, they brag about chasing. instead of braggin about jacking a car, they brag about finding a jacked car or theif. same shit just mirror image. given the opportunity to get away with there crimes, they would do them just the same as we would. Think about the type of person who wants to be a cop... ill tell you. there fuckin adrenaline junkies just like us but get payed to fuck around chasing people and being dicks.
Real criminals are above the law anyways. Real criminals nobody even knows are criminals, they dont have records and there not in the system. So all the police do is stop the petty shit. Witch is us (doing a wheelie) or going (15 over).
Police: To Protect and Serve. AKA, They i guess they protect us by stoping us having fun by giving us tickets, and they serve the tickets to us. You have to admit the police's main funtion in todays soicety*sp is to deal with traffic. and reduce traffic deaths etc etc. On the side of there car it doesnt say "Police: To Track down & Arrest CRIMINALS."

Police don't act like they are part of the general population...not the ones around here anyway.
You are right about true criminals. Those are the ones that the FBI, ATF deal with.
I just love seeing how messed up life in general is. I know this thread will not change anything. All i hope is to make people more aware of how some of the cops are in this town and how they try to hush hush stuff like this. Yet if this were me i would be on the front page. Honestly i wouldn't expect anything less from hernando's finest.

Whoever chooses to badmouth the police departments in general needs to get think twice. When you go outside and 4 guys are trying to steal your bike, you try to stop them, they then begin to beat your ass, and on top of it steal your bike, ill bet once your done holding your ass you'll think twice about bad mouthing those who enforce the law, just remember karma's a bitch.

but i get where your comnig from because police are the ones inforcing it they should be the first to obey (driving in an issued car is the worst part about it)

how is it any differrent they both cause a big threat to society and they are both dumbasses for doing what they are doing. i can understand if i kid is on a empty road wehre no one is in danger but himself.

I can agree, they should be following all the laws just like we do. If the cop was alive it's a completely different story. I would be the first to complain if a cop thinks they are above the law, it pisses me off just like the next guy.
