i've never ran, but can someone who has please explain to me how running and possibly killing yourself could be better than getting a ticket? i mean where the hell are u gonna run to, cops have radios and radio frequencys travel faster than you do.

 

ive ran one time and one time only i will never do it again.....i was scared to death the whole way home....its not smart and if its a minor infraction pull over....

 

 

well i heard them say at the end that he was active duty, and being in corpus christi either air force or coast guard. chances are he ran b/c not only do us military folks get f*cked over civilian world wise but we get f*cked military side too. you get a speeding ticket 15 over you can lose your driving privlages for 2 years on and off base, lose pay, go on restriction, and if the ticket is severe enough lose rank.

 

its not easy to out run their radio but what are they going to radio that can catch you? another crown vic? lol not so much...

 

just hope the bird dont come out then your really fucked

 

Simply put, in order for the radio thing to work they have to know where the fuck you are going my man and they dont know that because by the time they give you the double take your going 150

and how is going 0-60 in 2 or 3 seconds a couple times and slamming breaks , turning and doing that about 5 or 6 times that dangerous? by then your gone and there turning off there lights and wishing they owned such a fine powerfull machine.

ok, you keep thinking that they wont chase you. you see the nice thing about dumb people is they dont look deeper into things. the HCSO and TPD wont chase you, but FHP will, so all they have to do is radio into the FHP what direction you were going and im sure they can make due and find you. not saying that everytime u run ur gonna get caught, but eventually u will. and when some dickhead motorcop pushes your beautiful $10,000 bike over, i will have no sympathy for u what so ever. but speeding through traffic trying to get away IMO isnt the brightest idea, u never know what old person will pull out in front of u while u r doing 120. death is permanent, a speeding ticket is just temporary. i dont about u, but id rather pay my $200 and still be alive than to save some money but lose my life.
