patterson is no comparison to the n>run and the n>run is not comparable to the land of oz....the land of oz is not comparable to the track...close though....see what im hinting at here all these roads are dangerous u have no run off just incase....you have opposing traffic and i know not everyone can afford the track i sure as hell cant....but when your ridin these roads just becareful i used to go balls out on the n>run but my highside made me realize slow it down if u wanna go fast take it to the track you can have fun on a n>run or whatever your doing....slow...to keep it on topic some people just are not made to ride on 2 wheels...

 

a lot of people who get thier first bike go out there with no prior riding experience. a lot of them wreck and thats where the hype comes from. its not a bad road at all i just like it because its local. theres another road off of race track just a little bit further down after you past boyscout. its called crawly. first right after you pass boyscout. that last corner is the best lemme tell ya lol.

 

Since you're in the area apparently Ricksta, go hit up PP Land off of Fowler a C-Hair West of I-75. Its a racetrack of sorts (go at night, its very well lit) No residences. if you arent sure of where it is PM me and ill let you know

 

I too think Patterson isn't anything special but once the sun goes down it's a different story. If you're gonna ride that rode I suggest you do it during the day.

 

i ride it the majority of the time at nite. kinda why i know that road inside and out. last time i took a group out there this gixxer 1k wrecked. it wasnt too bad but i cannot express how important it is to take a road at a slow pace your first time till you know it.

 

no really, he's right. its a weak ass road that shows just how little 80% of motorcycle riders know about riding.


its something close to do at best, at worst its 4 miles and like 10ish turns and half don't even count as turns, just little bends.

 

like i said...if i need a quick fix and dont want to ride far then thats the best place to go for me.

 

its even more worthless in the day time. night is the only time worth riding it.




+1 for pp land, but please don't bring a group of people out there. keep that shit on the down low. plus they are building new shit right now and lots of sand in the road where the trucks are driving in and out.
