This guy oviously cant ride for shit cause he dident get away and the cop was quite funny while chasing saying shit like
"dude, you got a fricken POS... my damn crown vic is keeping up with you"
"hes slowing down... is he giving us the finger? or signaling us?"
guy looks like he broke his leg nasty but must have been semi retarded to take a streetbike on a offroad chase at the end with a car... he gets retard of the day award presented by me.

i think he had a cruiser. but holy shit a guy with no legs and arms could get away from the cops here in new port richey in an suv and this guy cant get away in a cruiser what a lame mofo!
