Well ive been waiting patiently for my gear to come, of course ive had a few roadblocks come into effect...

*Helmet turns out to be back ordered, after numerous emails, and phone calls...I find out the store I purchased through informed me my helmet would be shipped on 5-10, and today would be the 14 and they havnt even recieved it from Scorpion...I ended up purchasing one through Cycle Springs for a the same price as motosuperstore and its gonna be here Thursday...(also found out that scorpion is discontinuing the crackhead model from there lineup.)

*Leather suit was shipped from Memphis and should be here Tuesday or Wednesday

*Gloves turned out to be on back order with no eta of when I could get my hands on a pair. I checked out about 20 different places and all on back order for my size and color. I decided to buy some Alpinestars SP-2 gloves and they should be here by the end of the week.

*Boots (Alpinestars S MX-4) arrived this morning, and ive been wearing them ever since walking around in the house, trying to get some time in them before this weekend being that my bike is undergoing some service at the moment.

I cant wait for all my gear to get here for this weekend...

Congrats on the new gear. That is one of my bigget pevs about mail/internet order. Poor service letting you know if its back ordered, and waiting what seems like forever to get your parts. Its usualy cheaper so i deal with it. It will be worth it tho!

 

Not my first time on a bike...Just upgrading all my gear, and also aware they sell gear rite down the street but they couldnt get the prices on some of the stuff......Rales I agree...

 

The name of the helmet doesn't inspire confidence in me regarding durability for some reason?

 

sometimes spending 20$ more beats waiting for months. unless u got some nice deals on those gears. which site did u ordered from?

 

I know he saved at least 100 on the suit, plus let me know where a local fieldsheer suit dealer is. Yeah the suit is cheap but we have 3 riders that have gone down with them so far and all faired extreamly well, sore but no rash nore broken bones. Go team Fieldqueer!

CBER I got the suit off of Motoxoutlet.com and they were about 1 cheaper than any other site. I think Barney's stk's feildsheer suits...I had ordered the Race Fury Gloves and those are gone everywhere unless you have wear small...Goblin I was iffy on buying this helmet (Crackhead) simply because of the name, but it was very comfortable and had awesome ratings from JD Power...

 

lol Motoxoutlet.com i wouldn't order anything from them ever again. few months ago i ordered a DID 520 chain they sent me 525 after over week, then i ended up return it then they charged me 25% restocking fee and shipping fee, yet i have to spend my own money to ship their chain back. thats one website i ever had bad experienced with in my internet life. and yes the chain on their site was cheaper than most places. but its look too good to be true and it is
