For the spacers Im probalby going to have drawings made up and sent to a prototype shop i know in michigan that will hook me up.

As for the brake caliper mount its the same on mine, but if you hit it just right it falls out. Im thinking about making a cutter to cut a very small slot into the welded mount on the swing arm and then modify the bracket with added peice and then they slide in and out but wont fall out.

educating urself < discovering something out on your own

although the latter of the two is usually more cost and time prohibitive but the reward of statisfaction is much greater!

-do you have any links or something you could share with oh educated one

Slo, I had been searching the rc forums and and the rouge board with no luck on captive stuff produced for the RC, I know its made for other endurance bikes but I hadnt any luck yet with the RC. I will check them out and hopefully they have what I need. Trust me money is a concern but they cant be that expensive lol.

Checked out PVM and they seem to have some nice setups. Although very tecnical and over kill for my concern. For an endurance racer it would be great but I dont need to change a wheel in 7 seconds lol. I bet there systems are also hundreds of dollars. All I want is for the spacers to not spill across the floor when im trying to put a wheel on or off.

put a small dab of super glue or somthing on it then mount the wheel and after its mounted take a pair of pliers and turn the spacer so it breaks loose from the glue. <--- That's the Dade City Shade Tree mechanic's way of doing it

Hmm, why not just weld the spacer right to the rim...no problems mounting then....
