Default Frame sliders

So, one more question. Can you put frame sliders on a 2003 CBR 600rr without drilling through the plastics?

Yes you can, but it's not recommended. Along the lines of what CBER said, the 'no cut' frame sliders have a bracket which moves the slider so it doesn't interfere with the fairing, but in an impact the bracket usually fails, doing more harm than good.

I've heard the same thing. I have an 06 and was looking at those "no cuts" too. I hated the idea of cutting into my fairings. But Its not so bad. Beats the idea of my shit falling over and doing more damage.
