Default Same Bike, New Pics...w/some custom work added

I removed the rear fender from my Triumph Thruxton to give it the classic cafe racer look, and added a new "oldschool" Lucas tail light. I also added new aftermarket turn signals. I had to fabricate brackets from scratch to attach everything. I also installed a new set of British Customs Predator "mufflers." Man....it sounds soooo frick'n sweet now!
Next mods, air box elimination kit with conical K&N air filters and a re-jet. After that, new meats, complete with new wider real wheel. Its all starting to come together now.

Man that is incredibly sweet. And props to you for using a Triumph. I've always wanted to do up a custom cafe racer. They are by far, my favorite bikes out there. They started the sportbike craze. I don't know if you've ever heard of Steve "Carpy" Carpenter, but he is a custom cafe racer builder. He uses old honda cb750's as his backdrop. Check out his website www.cb759cafe.com
The stuff he builds is just sick.

Thanks for the compliments! I will post pics when i do more. I'm going to do the wide rear tire when I need to replace the rubber, front and rear. Probably be 4 or 5 months from now. Its about a grand to get the wider wheel, with tire and have it re-laced. I guess thats pretty good deal, I dunno.
Anyone know a good local place to get it laced up at?

Here are a couple of fat tire Thruxtons:
