Default 2004 R1

I picked up my 2004 Yami R1 today.... all I can say is holy shit. After just getting off of a 2000 R1 there is utterly nothing the same about the two bikes other than they are both Yamaha's and they have two wheels. This bike is fucking sick........

I have to get used to the GP shifting.... The Gilles rear sets are set up for 1 up and 5 down..... I actually like it.... only 5500 miles on it. You wouldn't believe what I paid for it.

Great looking bike.
The GP shifting grows on you, my guess is will learn to like it.

If not, you can always switch it back.

that's hot man and it really does look like liquid silver especially the tail section , and gp shifting i've never heard of it till now, but sounds pretty sweet. Anyone know why though they're setup like that?
