Coming back Late April
Sup guys, Im trying to set up like a 2 day period where I can come down to Tampa to do a north run and do some riding with my old riding buddies!!
Id probly have my friend drive me down and then Ride or Haul the Bike back up to Indy in his truck for the time Bieng.
Im still looking over some contracts from jobs so my life isnt signed over just yet. But I really miss riding and Im having withdrawls...The closest thing I have to my bike is my S2000 that redlines at 9k :-0 haha but nothing compares to the wind in your face taking a turn at insane speeds.
Heres the contract that Im leaning towards.
Management Employment Package for Danny O’Brien
Position: Assistant Manager (AM)
Direct Compensation:
Beginning May 1, 2007 a starting salary of $21,700 based upon a 12 month annual contract with health insurance contribution up to $2,500 based upon enrollment on an annual basis. This salary is based upon successful completion of the management checklist. In June provided inspections have passed with 90% or greater ratings and management of food paper and labor costs have been on budget or have performed better that budget objectives the candidates compensation will be reviewed again for increase up to a salary of $25,920. A bonus will also be accrued and 100% vested after 1 full year of employment. The bonus will be a in a range of 5 to 10% of total compensation during the period. Bonus is only paid based upon the Shoppe achieving its sales, food, paper and labor budgets along with being profitable. It is expected that the employment agreement be for a minimum of the 2007 season unless the business and management team are not achieving key measurements for success.
· The AM is expected to work all hours necessary to achieve operational excellence job standards in the job description.
· It is understood that the AM is guaranteed no minimum hours but will frequently be expected to work 40 hours per week and sometimes 50 hours or more per week during the season.
· The management team lead by the GM and AM will create the management teams work schedule for the season.
· One member of the management team is required to be at the Shoppe at all times we are open. (West Carmel Zionsville or Fishers)
· One member of the management team is always on call to the business.
· The schedule is to be determined by the management team and with respect to the operational labor budget objectives. (10-12% or less hourly labor during the “peak season” and 0% to 8% during early and late season.)
· Typical workweeks will include 3 opens and 3 closes with one open to close included.
