I went to Barney's in Brandon and they said its $999.99 for the unit but they will no longer install them, so you could buy it there, but would have to go else where to get it installed.

I called Sky in Lakeland and they said that they are currently getting their techs trained on the installation process and "should be able to install them in a week or two"...or so I am told. Hopefully this is true because there isn't anymore installers in the nearby area.

I contacted Phantom Tracking via email to see if there was an updated list of authorized dealers/installers but that was a week ago and I have yet to get a response.

I also sent an email to Pure Acceleration and haven't gotten a response from them either. Additionally, I stopped by their shop in Brandon twice and there was nobody there on either day...so I don't know what gives. I heard the guy Ryan who runs, or owns, the shop is a good guy and what not...so I am not sure whats up.

If anyone gets any information at all, please post it...I am eager to get this system and get it installed. Thanks

Chris

PA no longer does it, I talked to Ryan yesterday and he told me they are in the process of changing ownership. Dude, I really want this alarm...... Keep checking places that install them! Also HD of Ocala does install them however you have to have a Harly because they don't know any other bike wiring. They do the complete system install and activation and unit itself for 1120.00 out the door.

$1,120.00!?! Damn! I was out the door under $900 at Barney's, too bad they are not still an option. It seems like someone has to be able to do it for around $900 as Barney's is not exactly the cheapest place around for most things, so it is hard to believe they were the cheapest for Phantom Tracking.

1120 might seem like alot, but damn, it'd be 1/3rd of what i'd pay A YEAR for insurance. Granted, that'd be for full coverage...not just theft.

I have to call and get a quote on theft
