I just use a pull type strap with the hook on each end.... run it just infront of the gas tank and then down to the calipers... it will hook in on each side where the bolt goes into the fork.... just be sure you pull the fucker tight (roll bike and jam the front brake while yanking the strap)

You can buy a pack of 3 at Wal Mart for around $10

I made my own brackets that bolted between the top caliper bolt and caliper for my 05 ZX10.... but I gave the brackets away before I bought my 06 zx10... there is no problem with hooking the strap where I said for TRACK USE ONLY.... Im in no way suggesting to ride on the street with the strap just hooked to the caliper mounting bracket.
