where are they treating you? i went to florida orthipedic institute after i crashed and had knee surgey. they have a great rehab staff and all around great facility. its off of fletcher in the telecom business park.
i was told i would never have full range of motion in my leg, but after 7 months of rehab i had more range of motion then other leg, and more then expected.

yeah man take phyiscal therapy seriously. dont cheat yourself becuse of temparay pain, remember if you slack off now its going to haunt you forever.
they will get you back to where you were. Dont quit and follow your flexibility exersizes, and ice after.
