yeah, i see that too... painting it black is definitely a possibility...it sounds bad as hell, but its loud as fuck! even in low rpms(4-8k) its just about as loud as my dads harley

LE's dont have black cowlings.

The set up is nice but dam the pipes dont line up worth shit.

It does sound bad ass,I hope you heat wrap what was needed.
Also dont mount yoru tag liek that.

It will brake, been there done that.
I made a bracket for it at work and mounted it on my swing arm,But legally, its not legal.
So just mount it to your undertail

i tried to, but since i lowered my bike the only place to put it would be behind the exhaust pipes, because otherwise if i hit a bump or something it would hit my tire, and as for the tag i plan on making a bracket for it, im just worried because i keep having people tell me im gonna get added cop attention because at night i wont have a light on the tag

Ok I had the tag mounted like that.

I have been pulled over.
Also got a ticket.

From what the cop told me,It has to me BEHIND the bike and tag not mounted vertical on the side.

The light is also another issue.

So I got a "fix it" ticket which would have been still $50. something dollars. But i didnt make it on time and paid the full $70. something.

So I said basically fuck it and made a new bracket for my tag.If you want the old bracket I made, its no big deal. Its just an aluminum plate that has a small lip that the 2 bolts on top of the swing arm uses for the chain guard then Ill give it to you.

I basically made it so the tag dont flop around and break.Like what it did to me.

Its free,I dont want anything for it.
You basically would have to go to Lowes/Home depot and get some longer screws thats about it.

Then go to the dealership oir a biek shop and get the screw down reflectors to hold the tag down, on the bracket.
