Info on the rebuilt title?
Theres a guy who has a 03 TL1000R for 5k...with a rebuilt title...the bike is clean and has full yosh pipe, power commander, K&N...and 14k on the bike..what is the worth of a bike with a rebuilt title?

IF you want my 2 cents stay away from it. wait for a clean title.

If you have to ask, then stay away. Leave all the cheap, rebuilt title bikes for guys like me. If it's good enough for me to buy it, then the worst case scenario, I'll fix something relatively easy/cheap.

If that guy with the rebuilt RC trying to get a title for like six months now is any indication I would definately stay away from it!!!
