Clermont Run...12/3/06
Thanx for the warning, I just meant my drag race ability, I just totally don't care to drag race the bike. I'm plenty comfy on the bike in the turns. I haven't owned the bike for too long, but I've riden on a good amount of " moderate pace" runs with the sportbike net guys. Even a bit of track style riding.
I'm not a seasoned rider, but I think I'm good enough to at least bring up the rear.

boy them gloves didnt do shit to protect your hands man them are the worst kinda of rashes right there especially when they harden. OUCH!!!!!!!!!!
that's just pics from the other guys that went down on the ride he linked to... he hasn't been down.
as for the gloves... sucks to say I have those same gloves for summer riding.
its never good to see pics of your gear not holding up... I may just have to start search for new summer gloves.

1. yes, its different than the north run...it goes into Polk and Lake counties.
2. the ride you did to trails ends, most refer to as the "gobbler run", its an off-shoot of the north run, the residential part of the run is not good because of the houses and dirty roads, but the sweepers out to US 41 are some of the best around.
3. We would love you to come along...we like pasta burners! There is more up and down riding than with the north run, but some good roads none the less.

Cool, I will try and make it. Guess I have no excuse since the meeting spot is like 5 minutes away.
Anyway you can PM the route to the "gobbler run"?
I have heard stories about the residential part. After riding at the track I have no desire to fly on the streets anymore so I will be respectful.
