You must be one of those people who think that bikes can actually out handle cars... 
Sure, I can out accelerate him in the straights, but why do that when I want him to actually record me in the corners? I go slow in the straights, that way I can go hard in the corners, and since cars (especially 240s) have the ability to out handle a motorcycle, he'll be able to catch me sliding a knee.
