I was very surprised... the outcome of the race was so unexpected. Rossi showed he had the pace, got the Pole & the world all but put the crown on his head prematurely...

Then...

- Rossi gets a bad start
- Bayliss (a wild card rider) takes the lead
- Nicky gets past Rossi from 5th & elbows him (was he gesturing "catch me if you can?")
- The Midget clearly not on pace, lets Nicky by
- Nicky catches up to Bayliss
- Rossi looses the front under pressure

WOW!!!

Rossi in all his freakishness, is human after all.

Good for Nicky, he worked really hard with a Team that with all the Spanish influence really wanted Pedrosa to take the title.
Earl Hayden must be a very proud man, his efforts with those 3 kids is an amazing story, he deserved that title as much as Nicky. Without his sacrifices, there would be no Nicky MotoGP champ!

Honda lucked out... Unseating Rossi proved to be harder than they expected. They put all their efforts in the wrong places & nearly missed taking the title away from Rossi this year. Will they have learned their Lesson that Nicky IS their man? Or will the Spanish oil continue their political Bull Shit within that team?

What a wild ride... Congrats Nicky!!!
