actually I did win I got up and went and beat on her window and told her to pull over because she caused me to fall and a couple witness's called the police. she got 2 tickets, one for a suspended license, and one for yeild ofright of way. as for the bike it wasn't to bad, needs a engine cover, and clutch handle. myself i'm doing fine because I ended up on top of the bike so major injuries. just a few bruises, and being soree

Technically, if you didn't hit the other car, the cop coud have been a dick and given you the ticket, as you lost control of your vehicle. I wouldn't myself, but some cops are like that - especially when they themselves didn't witness it.
