step up the CC's Matt. You won't regret it, promise. I ride my friends R1 and can ride that through the corners just as well as my 600. Great thing is you dont have to be super selective on your gearing, you can come out of a corner a gear too high and just wailing on the throttle will bring you up to speed.

I've ridden a 750 and it hardly seems worth spending the extra money to me because it just did NOT feel any quicker to me. And when I raced the guy he didn't really start pulling on me till about 120mph and he hardly gained much on me. Maybe about 2 or 3 car lengths. It's just not worth it to me.......
The 1000 is a different story. It's either 600, or 1000 for me.

really? guess that shows how all the mags really are full of shit...the all say it has 20more hp than the 600.

Dude I was completely thrown off with how slow (relatively speaking) it was. I was expecting some extra pull compared to my 600 but I just didn't really feel it. The difference felt like taking my Stock 600, removing all fairings and everything off the the triple trees leaving it looking like a stunt bike. Basically what happened to MY bike for a while there. It was noticeably quicker due to the lack of weight, but nothing that really threw me off. I am completely anti 750 after riding one of them now and being able to compare them to a 600.

Hmmmmmm that's one thing I haven't thought of. I guess we'll find out if I get a 1000. I'm sure it's going up anyway due to my claim.

I'd call for a quote, cause if its like a 100$ a month more and you like the 600 anyways, it may make it easier to decide.
