I've never really looked twice at the older universal Japanese motorcycles and what people are doing with them. Perusing Craig's List I ran across a Honda 750 Bobber Project that spawned an internet search. Eventually I ran into this. I can't put my finger on why, but there is something about this bike that is just magnetic. I showed the picture to my wife, and she immediately thought that it looked like something I would own.

So, anyone got an old Yamaha XS650 that I can chop up?

If you wanna find similar bikes, look for cafe racers. Thats basically what that is. I really dig most of them. Old school doesnt mean played out. Everyone dont have one and say just do it.
