This is on an 06 zx636, I'm putting sliders on while i modify my concept cage a little bit, How do these motor mounts come off??? It's got a large allen in the center, and a goofy retaining nut with square recesses. I'd assume the nut has to come off first...do i need a special tool or just a brass punch and hammer?

 

no sir the goofy allen in the center comes out without touching the retaining nut. And let me tell you, that SOB is in there tight!

 

Well then i'll just hit it with my impact and an allen bit...we'll see how it goes.
