some of you guyz are really pissing me off.
you justify taking a bike out that is running, taking a risk of killing that person.
If I were a cop I would much rather see a person live and not pull him over.
Running from a cop does not justify taking him out w/ a car.

MIDDLETON IS NOW SERVING A 5 YEAR JAIL SENTENCE WITH ALL BUT 9 MONTHS SUSPENDED. HE HAS ALSO BEEN ORDERED TO PAY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS TO COVER THE DAMAGE TO THE DEPUTY'S CRUISER.
I dunno what to say, even though there is video footage it doesnt show the actions of the biker before it happened. It looks like the bike wasnt travelling that fast. The LEO's up there obviously don't take any shit from anyone. Plus, if the kid was covicted by the judge their MUST be more than just a cop pulling in front of this motorcyclist.

he was in the wrong but cops can't shoot people for j-walking!!
hell in tampa we have a no chase policy and i totaly agree with it... no reason to even be chasing the kid thru the streets at 100+ mph when all he did was speed in the first place. I'm sure its not a law up there, but it should be.

if there was more to it and the cop did the right thing. then there wouldn't have been the coverup. they could have just came out and said...we crashed the guy to stop him because....
but no they lied about the whole thing and left the kid dying in the field for 12 mins.
