You can get a permit easy if your over 21. : )

I actually had a Key West cop argue with me that i didnt have it. He got his cuffs out and everything. Thank god i still had my paper ticket from MSF and was able to get it out before he got to me. FUCKIN' BLIND BASTARD couldent see that was there so his fuck up got all of us off cause he felt like such a tool

Here is the best way to look at it.
You can either pay $1XX for a ticket for no endorsement every time you get stopped
OR
You can go pay $1XX one time to take the MSF course, which is what you need to do anyway and you'll be legit.
Either way you look at it, you are going to pay. One way is just cheaper if you look at it from a straight economic standpoint. Choice and $$$ is yours
