Default Watch where you park!

Im about 3 weeks late of posting this, but I just wanted to give some of you out there heads up.To watch out where you park.

Across the street from my job.The parking lot is freshy paved, about 6 months new.I was running a little late one morning, parked my bike.It gets about late 80s,early 90s out there in temp. That black asphalt has to be a easy 100 maybe up to 110.

I go to my bike and the dam kickstand sunk down to about an inch, inch and a half.

You can noticed the biek did have a bad lean to it,im glad it didnt fall.

I know its so noobish, but watch out.

same thing happened to me to me too. Some one suggested using those junction box covers from Home depot. They work good

I use a squashed soda/beer can.

Use a coaster that you put your drink on.

rtm has 'cycle feet' and they were free last i checked.

its a piece of plastic a couple mm thick that'll fit under your seat, for asphalt parking.
