so what you can have an open container.... and just say its old and its only like an 80 dollar ticket? what if they breathalized you and you had alch on your breath could you still say that, it was an old container?
i thought open container would be more serious then 80 bux....

open container is ANY alcohol within reach of the driver that is or has been opened I beleive. If they breathelized me I would have been fine, it was my first beer of the night so I wasnt worried about a DUI.
