Apparently they changed the rules at the last min. Florida is no longer excluded in the contest.

Congrats! Is it really any surprise though? You have one of the nicest and most modded R1's I've ever seen and that still holds true after browsing through ALL of their "winners". Congrats again and I guess this can be one added bonus to all the hard work you've put into your scooter.
