Default Public Embarrassment at BMP Last Night

Went to the track last night for T&T (http://www.bradentonmotorsports.com/).

I totally embassed myself the first three passes:

Pass 1 - Intentionally left soft, took it easy, low boost,
............went 9.6 at 15x mph

Pass 2 - Left a little harder, not much though, then got jerked up with the buttons.
............Kept hitting the turn signal button, vice the horn for the shifter
............and banged off the limiter for like an hour
............what a total retard

Pass 3 - Left a little better, still to soft, shifted correctly,
............forgot to shift to high boost until the last 100',
............went 9.4 at 15x mph

Pass 4 - Still leaving too soft, shifted correctly, went to high boost in third.
............I went 8.934 at 163.96mph.

... Basically, a total train wreck Complete and Total Rider Error!

It was even more embarrassing since everyone in the freakin world knows the numbers JT has been getting on ole girl.
Basically, I am more than .5 seconds and 10mph slower.

I'll get better.

It reminded me of my golf game.
It's fun, but it tends to be more frustrating than anything.
However, there is always that one shot that keeps you coming back...

So the part that was embarrassing is that you were on top of a Suzuki the whole time, right?

Cecil, you remember my embarassing moment at the 1/8. I was doing a burn out, and then for some reason I held in the clutch, but I was still chillen at like 14k RPM's, and my tire wasn't burning out at all because my clutch was fully disengaged. I looked over and you were laughing as you were standing right next to me, not until I pulled up later I had realize what I have done.

Good times!
