One of the consequences of such notions as "entitlements" is that people who have contributed nothing to society feel that society owes them something, apparently just for being nice enough to grace us with their presence.”

If you under 21 you have to take a two day course *4hours a day* I think to get a motorcycle license? One day you read, the next day you ride. If your over 21 you just have to take a written test. I think thats the answer you guys were wondering about, if not dont' mind me

I'll be taking a course like that in Punta Gorda here once I get a bike.
The MRA (Motorcycle Riders Association) trains riders using the nationally recognized MSF (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) school curriculum and is also endorsed by the Florida Department Highway Safety Motor Vehicles. The MRA can help you fulfill the State requirements in as little as two days or provide you with the state motorcycle test.
Congrats! If you have rode a motorcycle before the class is a breaze. Make sure you lean the bike upright before coming to a complete stop, I saw a few riders go down while attempting this dangerous stunt
The class/training provides a lot of useful knowledge. Have fun!
