I've been pulled over on my bike more times then I should have been, and not once have they asked if I had either a, an endorsement; or b, a permit.

I only have my permit, I go to the MSF at chamberlain($175) on the 18th, 20th, and 21st. So I'm not in the cool club yet. : )
