Road rash is slowly healing i can allready tell, ive got neosporin and some desiton cream...which is better to use???

Heres the little rash i have, its not bad rash that hurts, in the side pic, you can see how its all bruised...thats where i landed on the tip of the curb with ...and that blue streek on the curb, thats what ate through the jeans and got my leg...It goes on for a few feet...
