2005 R1
i got a blue 05 r1 in november. got a few appearance mods: smoke windshield, solo seat, plate bracket way under seat and integrated taillight-turnsignals. scorpio 2-way alarm, vortex sliders as well. anything else i should add? performance or otherwise?

PC III, Full exhaust, gearing, GOOD tires I recommend Power Pilots. Before you start modding, get some GOOD riding gear. Like maybe a 2 pc. kangaroo suit or something.
