its hard to say how often i "stop". it all depends on if the road im on has a lot of stop signs or traffic lights. other than that the only time i stop is when i get to my destination or if traffic isnt moving.

 

If the cops right behind me i stop.

It's quite ironic that you made this thread today, because my final trial court date was today. I got in trouble, and arrested for "Fleeing to Elude an LEO", 110 in a 40, Wreckless Driving, Unsafe speed in on a county road, the cop nailed me everything in the books. I pled "NOT guilty", because I'm not guilty. The cop was a total ass, and a total rookie. He had to read my rights to me off of a little card.


Anyway, this was my second big offense I previously had a "Racing on Highway", 140 in a 70 in my Father's Corvette, racing a S/C Saleen Mustang. I was actually on probation from this charge, when I got arrested for the felony, Fleeing to Elude.


All in all, with about $5,500 in lawyer cost's, $1000 in court cost's, $900 in probation cost's, it really isn't worth it. The final trail was today, and I got 18 months of PTI. If I do all my shit good, and get everything done as I am supposed too, I'll be done with PTI(Probation) in 9 months.


Trust me, I don't care how fucking fast you're going. Just pull over. You're not only gambling with your life, but you're gambling with others also. If you're running from the cops and someone pulls out infront of you, and they hit another car, and someone dies, YOU are responsible for that death and WILL be charged with manslaughter. If the officer gets hurt, he is considered the "Victim" and you will also be liable for any actions that happens to a civilian or the LEO. It is FAR less expensive to just pull over and swallow the ticket, but hey...who am I? It's not like I've been through this shit before. Go ahead and run, fuck your life up, if not other's while you're at it. Make sure to brag to your friends that you ran from the cops, because you're the coolest cat around.


Hopefully some of you take my advice seriously, and when you see those blue and red strobes behind you, pull over. Just tell yourself, "It's not worth it", and you'll be better off in the end.
