That sounds more believable... we all make mistakes, but when it takes another's life... tough decisions must be made and we may need to face the consequences for our actions.

Sounds like a bad deal for everyone invloved... especially the family of the fallen rider.

Yeah, that is how I will always remember him... He had a great sense of humor... Always in a good mood, and very nice to everyone, even complete strangers... I was always willing to go out of his way to help people, like towing my boy Mike home when his car was broken... Without even really knowing Mike... He was just a very kind hearted and friendly person... Most memorable are the Tuesday night Carrollwood/TnC meets that he regularly attended... No matter how bad of a mood I was in, I could always count on him to change my mood around...
