Do you give "The wave" to other riders?
Just curious, I just started out riding ('01 Yamaha R6, pics in my profile), and I noticed that other sports bikes give me the "hi, what's up" hand wave when I pass them, but I drove by 4 different people on harleys the other day on dale mabry, and not one gave me the wave. (allthough I did, and they didn't wave back). What gives? Do sport bike people just wave at other sport bikes and vice versa?

most harley guys are assholes and dont like sportbikes. but youll find a majority of harley riders will wave back.

always, with the only exception being that i dont see the other rider. most hardley riders wave back, in gville at least.

I'll wave to all Sports Bike's, and if a Hog rider waves to me, THEN I'll wave back.
If I'm on the interstate or the veterans suncoast parkway or something, I never wave because they are so far across the median, and we both are usually traveling at a high rate of speed.
