Wow, I knew something bad happened but had no idea it was a bike. I have NEVER seen traffic that backed up on 41 or Dale Mabry this far North. Even County Line Rd. was one solid line from DM to 41.
I'm glad I turned around and took the long way home.

No shit! I also avoided the traffic jam...I don't think I wanted to come up on that Someone has to know what happened!

V1 - 2001 CBR900RR- Driver 42 YOA WF (last name Soriano)
V2 - 2000 Dodge - Driver 44 YOA WF

V1 was traveling East on SR54 in the center lane. V2 was traveling West on SR54 in the left turn lane. V2 made a u-turn to travel East on SR54. V1 struck the rear of V2, V1's driver was ejected from V1 and came to final rest in center lane of SR54. V1 Came to final rest facing South in Eastbound center lane.

she was still alive at the scene, but was bayflighted out. dont know how she did at the hospital tho. did anyone get their info from the hospital?

damn, RIP. How the hell do make a U-turn hitting the REAR of a motorcycle? I'm sorry but the drivers in this state are too fucking stupid and incompitant to operate a motor vehicle. I really think they need to ammed the traffic laws. Afterall, you are in control of a 4,000 lb missle capable of killing anything in its path. Yet when you lose control of it you get an $84.00 ticket. A starving man stealing a loaf of fucking bread gets more punishment than that! whatever /rant.
